Create Multi-language Forms

Learn how to create forms in multiple languages to reach a global audience.

Reach international audiences by creating forms in multiple languages. A single form can support up to four languages — three default languages (English, French, and German) plus one additional language of your choice.

How Multi-language Works

GenZform supports three default languages:

  • English (en) — Default
  • French (fr) — Français
  • German (de) — Deutsch

In addition to these, you can add one additional language of your choice — for example, Spanish, Japanese, or Portuguese. This means a form can have up to four languages: English, French, German, and one extra.

Note that only one additional language is allowed. For example, English + French + German + Spanish is valid, but English + German + Spanish + Japanese is not — you cannot replace a default language with an extra one or have two additional languages.

Creating Forms in Different Languages

Specify the language

When creating your form, tell the AI the language:

"Create a contact form in French" "Créer un formulaire de contact en français"

Add additional languages

Add translations to your form in any of the supported default languages or one additional language of your choice.

Review the translation

The AI generates native-sounding content. Review each language version for accuracy.

Adjust as needed

Make changes in the same language as needed.

Example Prompts

English:

Create a contact form with name, email, and message.
The submit button should say "Send inquiry".

French:

Créer un formulaire d'inscription avec nom, email, et téléphone.
Ajouter un message de remerciement amical.

German:

Erstellen Sie ein Feedback-Formular mit Bewertungsskala und Kommentarfeld.
Alle Texte auf Deutsch.

Tips for Multi-language Forms

  • Review each language — Have native speakers review the content for accuracy
  • Cultural considerations — Adapt date formats, phone formats, and conventions per language
  • Test thoroughly — Check all text including error messages and thank you messages across all languages
  • Plan your additional language — Only one extra language is allowed beyond the three defaults, so choose the one most important to your audience

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one form support multiple languages?

Yes! A single form can support up to four languages — English, French, and German by default, plus one additional language of your choice.

How do I change my additional language?

You can switch your additional language at any time — the previous one is automatically replaced. For example, if your form has Spanish as the extra language and you add Japanese, Spanish is replaced with Japanese.

Will the AI translate accurately?

The AI generates native-sounding content. For critical forms, have a native speaker review.
