GoGoSoon Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates GenZform, a platform for creating interactive quizzes and forms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Profile information
- Sign-in information: your email address and the one-time sign-in codes or links we send you, or the basic profile (name, email, picture) shared by Google if you choose Google sign-in. We do not use or store passwords.
Content You Create and Collect
- Forms, quizzes, surveys, and calculators you build
- Prompts and messages you send to our AI form builder
- Responses submitted to your forms by your respondents, which we process on your behalf
Usage Information
- Form creation and editing activities
- Quiz responses and interactions
- Usage analytics and performance data
- Device and browser information
3. AI Assistant Integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, and Other MCP Clients)
You can connect your GenZform account to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://genzform.com/api/mcp. This integration lets the assistant create and update forms, list your forms, and view responses to your forms when you ask it to.
- How sign-in works: Connecting uses OAuth 2.0. You sign in on genzform.com and approve access, and the assistant receives a scoped access token for your GenZform account only. We never receive your ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other assistant account password.
- What we receive: Only the inputs the assistant sends when it calls one of our tools, such as a form description, a form identifier, an edit instruction, or a page number. We do not request or receive your full chat history.
- What we return: Form details and, when you ask for them, responses to forms you own. The assistant provider then handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- How we use it: Only to carry out your request, to enforce plan usage limits, and to keep the service secure. We do not use it for advertising.
- Your controls:You can disconnect GenZform at any time from your assistant's app or connector settings. Access tokens expire after 1 hour and unused refresh tokens after 30 days. Contact [email protected] to revoke all active tokens immediately.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
GenZform, including our AI assistant integrations, does not ask for or collect:
- Passwords, API keys, or other secrets
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) codes
- Payment card numbers. Subscription payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy and form payments by Stripe; card details go directly to them and never reach our servers
- Protected health information (PHI)
- Government identifiers such as Social Security, passport, or national ID numbers
Please do not use GenZform forms to collect these categories of data from your respondents.
5. How We Use Your Information

Analytics Services
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our site, which pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site. AI Services
Anthropic Claude and OpenAI
Our platform uses artificial intelligence models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI to power our form creation features. When you use our AI-powered calculator & quiz builder, your prompts and form content may be processed by these AI services to generate, edit, and optimize your forms. The data sent to these services includes your text inputs, form structures, and related content necessary for form generation. We use enterprise-grade API services that do not train models on your data. For more information:
Payment Services
Lemon Squeezy and Stripe
Lemon Squeezy processes GenZform subscription payments, and Stripe processes payments collected through payment fields in your forms. They collect card details directly; we only receive the transaction status, plan, and billing contact details needed to manage your subscription or form order.
Marketing Services
Facebook Ads
We use Facebook Ads (Meta Platforms) for marketing and advertising purposes. Facebook may collect information about your visits to our website through cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. This includes the use of the Facebook Pixel, which tracks conversions and helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand how they handle your data.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account information: for as long as your account is active.
- Forms, form responses, and AI chat history: for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them.
- Deleted accounts: deactivated immediately and removed from the service. Deleted account data is retained in our systems and may be permanently erased on request by contacting [email protected].
- AI assistant (MCP) access tokens: access tokens expire after 1 hour and refresh tokens after 30 days, or sooner if revoked.
- Sign-in codes and links: single-use and expire within 15 minutes. Login sessions expire after 30 days.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

11. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform.
