Our "unlimited" plans are designed for typical business use. This policy ensures a great experience for everyone.

What Fair Use Means

"Unlimited" means you can use GenZform for normal business purposes without worrying about hitting arbitrary limits. It doesn't mean unlimited usage for any purpose.

Unacceptable Use

• ❌ Reselling or white-labeling GenZform
• ❌ Using forms for spam or abuse
• ❌ Automated mass submissions
• ❌ Consistently receiving more than 50,000 submissions per month for 3+ consecutive months
• ❌ Removing GenZform branding without a Pro plan
• ❌ File uploads exceeding 100 GB combined storage
• ❌ Excessive API usage beyond reasonable limits
• ❌ Using GenZform to violate any laws
