Billing Information

Learn about payment methods, invoices, and billing for your GenZform subscription.

Everything you need to know about paying for GenZform and managing your billing.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal (in supported regions)

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans - Billed on the same date each month
  • Annual plans - Billed once per year

Accessing Your Billing Portal

All billing management happens through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal.

Click your profile icon

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page to open the profile menu.

Go to Profile

Select Profile from the dropdown menu to open your account page.

Click Manage Billing

In the Manage Subscription section, click Manage Billing. This opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal in a new tab.

Invoices and Receipts

Invoices are automatically sent to your account email after each payment.

To access past invoices, open the billing portal and scroll down to the Billing history section.

Updating Payment Method

To update your payment information:

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. In the Manage Subscription section, click Update Payment Method
  3. This opens the Lemon Squeezy payment details page where you can update your card

You can also update payment for a specific subscription directly from the billing portal by clicking the edit icon next to your card details.

Updating Billing Information

To add or update company details, tax ID, or billing address:

  1. Open the billing portal (see steps above)
  2. Find the Billing information section
  3. Click the edit button to update your Company, Email, Address, or Tax ID

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. We'll email you about the issue
  2. Update your payment method
  3. Payment will retry automatically

Your account remains active during the retry period.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes! Invoices are automatically generated. Update your billing details in the Lemon Squeezy billing portal to include company information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.
