How to Enable Notifications

Open your form in the editor

Navigate to your form from the dashboard and open it in the editor.

Go to the Submissions tab

Click on the Submissions tab in the top navigation.

Toggle Email Notifications on

Find the Email Notifications toggle in the top-right area and switch it on.

How It Works

  • Toggle on: You receive an email notification for every new submission
  • Toggle off: No email notifications are sent
  • Recipient: Notifications are sent to your account email address (the email you used to sign up or log in)

Notifications are always sent to your account email.

The notification email includes a summary of the submission data so you can quickly review responses without logging in.
